The information below should answer all the questions you might have. Please read before ordering your records.
2012 Graduates will need to call the high school for records.

What types of records are available?
Choose from one or more of the following records.
  • Transcripts – Includes your grades, total credits, class rank and standing, GPA, graduation and withdrawal date.
  • Note: GPA’s were not required on records prior to the graduation year of 1987.
  • Immunization records – After the year of 1981 “if” your immunization records were sent to our office, they were permanently recorded. ~Anyone prior to 1981 will not have immunization records.  
  • Graduation letter – Is a simple form letter stating your name, DOB, name of high school, years of attendance at the graduating high school and the date of graduation.
  • Diplomas - Are ordered by the school Registrar. ~Please see the side bar on the left of our home page http://studentrecords.mysdhc.org for contact information.
  • All Records - List all names of school attended in Hillsborough County and years you attended those schools.  This excludes all adult schools.
  • Erwin & Brewster vocational records - We have day school only through 1989.  This information is on film so please include your name at the time you attended, classes taken, teachers (if you know them) and the date you received your certificate or diploma.

Can I order and pay for my records online?
Beginning July 30, 2012, you will be able to order and pay for student records online at:  https://sdhck12.scribonline.com/foldreq/start_order.html

How do I order my records?

Do I have to use the online payment order order form? No, if you do not have a credit card or debit card you can mail in a money order for the amount. We do prefer using the on line order form if at all possible.

Can I order my records to be sent electronically?  
Yes, we are only able to transmit records that are on the computer system which includes final years 1991 to current.  Anyone graduating or withdrawling prior to 1991 will be sent by mail or you may use the pick up form on line to order faster.    

Can I send my request express mail?  
Yes, you may send it express mail. Send your request to us through the mail along with a prepaid envelope.  We only accept USPS mail for prepaid return envelope with your request.  Other companies have pick up charges that are charged to our school district not to mention the time it takes to schedule a pickup.

How do I order records for a deceased family member?  
Follow the same instructions as above, but include a copy of the death certificate, all schools attended, parents names and any other information that will help us locate them.

What will it cost?
  • Transcripts are one set at $6.00 each.
  • Immunization records are one set at $6.00.
  • Graduation letters are $6.00 each.
  • All monies are paid on line VIA and Amazon account.
  • Payment due at the time of ordering.
How long does it take?
  • Mailing in records request- allow up to 7 to 10 working days before it is mailed out.  
Will I need to send Identification when ordering?
  • Yes, if mailing to any other address besides a college or university an unexpired OFFICIAL picture ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, military ID, passport or complete our notary page (with student's signature) will be accepted at the time of ordering.  If the records will be mailed to a college, university or a legitimate school then no ID or notary is necessary.
Can someone order my records for me?
  • Yes, as long as they will be mailed to a legitimate public school, college or university.
If I need my records for birth certificate reasons OR disability is there any other information you need from me to locate my records?
  • Yes.  Actually as much information as possible would help.  We will need the names of all the public schools you attended in Hillsborough County and the years you attended and left each school, any other names you could had while in school, parent’s names, another DOB that could be on your records, addresses you may have lived at and any other information that might help us locate you.
